All customers according to Italian law have 14 days to regret their buying. The 14 days start from the day you buy the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you're cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return will be on your account. Contact us to get the address for shipping back your artwork.

What are the Shipping Costs? There are no shipping costs for orders in Italy! We ship all our packages worldwide. All WyMask orders are shipped from Italy.

What is your return policy? All customers have 14 days to regret their buyings starts from the day you receive the artwork. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. Register your return via wy@wymask.com. You will be responsible for postage and shipping/custom costs. Your return package must be well-protected. We don’t accept returns on art prints if the package is opened up, the art print can get scratches and finger prints on it. You can only return the art print if the tube isn’t opened up.

Are the artworks signed and numbered? Only if you purchase the limited edition version. You will received the limited edition artworks, signed on the back with a Wy signature and the number of the piece. Each limited edition piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.
